About the Event

Penarth & Cogan Community Litter Spring Clean.

SOURCE TO SEA ART EXHIBITION By PUPILS OF VICTORIA PRIMARY SCHOOL

Friday 13th March to Friday 27th March

Penarth Library, Stanwell Road, Penarth CF64 2AD

This exhibition brings together a powerful collection of artworks created by members of the School Council. Through collage, photography and handwritten intentions the pupils explore how small everyday choices can make a real difference to the place we live and love.

One of the key messages is that litter rarely starts at the seaside but inland. Dropped on pavements, left in parks or blown from bins, it eventually reaches the sea. Along the way, causing damage to ecosystems , wildlife and the natural beauty of our coastline.
